About Fama

Informed. Strategic. unapologetically inclusive.

This is What Happens When You Stop Building for the Default.

Fama Ndiaye is a global beauty strategist, Korean skincare specialist, and an expert in inclusive formulation, brand language, and cultural relevance. She helps beauty brands break out of the “universal” trap and finally start building for the consumers they say they care about.
Because real inclusion isn’t about buzzwords or casting calls. It’s about science, language, access — and respect.

How She Got Here

Fama grew up navigating multiple beauty systems — French pharmacies, Korean skincare, global Black beauty communities — and one thing was always clear:

Most of the industry wasn’t built for her.

She trained in cosmetic science. She worked in the K-beauty space. And eventually, she created her own lane — working with brands who were ready to stop guessing and start doing better.
Now she consults across:

What She’s Known For

Who She works with

Whether it’s a one-off workshop or full product-to-launch strategy, Fama partners with teams that are ready to move beyond performative inclusionand actually make it work — from R&D through to marketing.

Not Just a Consultant. A Collaborator.

You won’t get fluff, filler, or jargon here. You’ll get honesty, insight, and a calm but serious focus on making the work better.
If that’s what you’re looking for — great.
